Job Title: GPX Vacation Counselor

Responsibilities: • Meet sales quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment.

• Handle inbound calls from owners desiring to conduct an exchange, deposit or answer questions from their workstation using a headset or handset.

Job Title: RESERVATIONS SALES AGENT

Responsibilities: Provide first contact with hotel and timeshare marketed sales inquiries for Grand Pacific Palisades Hotel & Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa. Facilitate reservations sales for hotel and set appointments for clients to attend a timeshare sales presentation of our newest luxury Vacation Ownership property. Responsibilities: Responsible for operating the laundry equipment: washers, dryers, etc. as trained. All equipment will be cleaned as needed, especially at end of shift. Start partially cycled machines at beginning of shift. Responsible for washing, drying, folding, and proper storing of all linen. When washer stops, unload, put in dryer, when dryer stops, unload and fold. Make sure all chemicals are full in washing machines. Clean dryer lint screens 2 times a day. Responsible for reporting to the laundry supervisor all equipment malfunctions, defects, etc. immediately for repair(s). Responsible for reporting immediately to the laundry supervisor all misuse or abuse of linen for fast remedies. Responsible for removing spots from linen. Responsible for correct use of the code cycle for each washer and dryer as per manufacture specifications. Be aware of training classes and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately. Perform quality control, based on instruction of laundry supervisor. Do inventory as directed by supervisor every month.

Job Requirements: On feet 100% of shift, must be able to lift 40 lbs. without injury, stands. Requires walking within laundry department, pushing, pulling, stoops, bends while moving, sorting and handling laundry. Must be able to follow simple oral and written instructions. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service when completing requested work orders in a timely, efficient manner. Support our maintenance team with the daily needs of our guests as well as ensure guests satisfaction and safety through general upkeep of the property and rooms which includes repairs, replacements and inspection of a variety of equipment, furniture, fixtures and machinery.

Job Requirements: General carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge necessary. Two years of previous experience a must. Guest service oriented, team player, able to lift 75 pounds without injury. On feet 100% of shift, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lifting, standing and must work weekends. Must be able to speak, read and write in basic English in order to communicate with guests, co-workers and outside vendors. Above all, excellent guest service skills and team player attitude required.

Job Title: ACTIVITIES AND FITNESS ATTENDANT

Responsibilities: The Fitness Center / Activities Center Attendant will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Fitness Center/ Activity Center, which may consist of general upkeep/cleaning of equipment and area, supervision of guests while using equipment and booking activities. This position also will include facilitation and participation in assisting with daily resort activities, games and special events, and opening and closing procedures for the Fitness Center. The attendant will be responsible for interacting with resort guests, and inventory control. The attendant must also provide a high level of customer service to all guests and patrons of Grand Pacific Palisades.

Job Requirements: The Attendant must be enthusiastic, creative, and demonstrate a high level of hospitality to all resort guests and owners as well as work effectively in a team environment. Job Title: ON-CALL MASSAGE THERAPIST

Responsibilities: A massage therapist relaxes and treats people by manipulating their muscles and soft tissue. The therapist will assess the client’s needs as well as there physical condition and case history. The therapist will help in determining the best form of massage for the client needs and blend oils according, if needed. This position is for an independent On-Call Massage Therapist. You will be responsible for greeting guest, setup and break down of treatment room, following cleaning and sanitation policies, equipment and facility policy as well as retailing spa products.

Job Requirements: Massage therapists should have sound knowledge of body parts and functions, and a good “feel” for people’s needs. Massage therapists should be good listeners who can respect their patients’ privacy and gain their trust. It helps to be both gentle and strong. A lot of stamina is needed to be able to massage several patients in a day. HHP preferred but not required In California, you must be a certified massage therapist and have a valid license
